Custom soil mixes (topsoil-based mixes made with local soil) require a minimum 3-5 working days ‘ notice to process. Listed below are the current rates and mixed components.  

Soil mixes are steam pasteurized and delivered by PCF staff in ½ (small) or 1 (large) cubic yard steam carts.  

PCF staff will pick up steam carts with leftover soil after one to two weeks of no activity unless otherwise instructed.

Please note: You will receive a separate bill each quarter for the soil or soilless mixes you use. A service fee will be charged for steaming field soil or other special soil mixes other than those provided by the PCF.
